Pricing

No Surprise Pricing for Junk and Trash Removal

We charge a flat rate per truckload which includes dump fees, labor, and taxes. This rate is typically determined by debris weight and distance driven. Materials like concrete, roofing, railroad ties, bricks, tiles, and sheet rock are extra heavy and we will typically need to charge more for them.

The best way to get an estimate is to text message or email us pictures and a description of the project. We respond very quickly.

We are always upfront about our pricing. This includes both before we start working and if anything changes during the course of work. We don’t like getting hit with surprise costs and we assume that you don’t either.

What’s included in my price?
Prices include labor, dump fees, and taxes*.
*For construction debris, we will need to add sales tax unless we are provided a Washington State Reseller’s Permit.

Do you charge for labor?
If an excessive amount of labor is required to move the debris into our truck, we may need to charge extra.

Do you charge extra for appliances?
Typically no. Many appliances need to be taken to special locations for recycling, which charge extra fees. However, we have agreements with local recyclers that allow us to recycle appliances for free, and we are happy to pass these savings on to our customers.

That being said, if we are working outside of our normal area and are unable to recycle appliances with businesses we have special agreements with, we may need to charge extra for those appliances. We will always let you know beforehand if this is the case.
Appliances can include: TVs, computers, monitors, refrigerators, A/C units, dishwashers, stoves, ranges, washers, and dryers.

How do you price large cleanup jobs?
When a project becomes large, it will require a unique plan for cleanup. Please call us directly if you have a large project so can discuss it with you.

How do you charge for removing vehicles?
Vehicle removal is a much different scope of work. Prices will vary on many factors. Please view the FAQ page for more information about vehicles.

Is there anything else you charge extra for?
Ferry charges, ...anything else?

Will you pay me for scrap metal?
We are not licensed to scrap metal (we just recycle it). Unfortunately, the current market price for scrap metal is so low that most scrappers won’t be able to pay you for any scrap metal, either.

What forms of payment do you take?
We take cash, check, or card. A 3% fee will be added to all card transactions.
